An advanced material Metalon Oilon Gold was specially developed extend the wearresistant properties of unlubricated of dry lubricated materials such as MoS2 filled nylons. During the manufacturing process, an oil-based lubricailt package is carefully dispersed through a proprietary process which takes full advantage of the lubricants effects without weakening the polymeric structure. The result is a highly crystalline, internally lubricated, high strength polymer with enhanced wear resistance (upto xl0) and reduced coefficient of friction (-50%).
